VeriComm® Septic System Monitoring

Picture

How Does It Work?

A telemetry-enabled VeriComm®Control Panel is installed on a site. The panel calls the VeriComm® Monitoring System, toll-free, to communicate operating data in the middle of the night . . . typically once a month. No dedicated phone line required. If there is an Alarm or Alert condition, the panel calls in immediately, 24/7. A message is sent to the designated operator’s e-mail-capable device (phone, pager, computer, tablet). Messages are re-sent, regularly, until the condition has been cleared. All operating data is stored in the Monitoring System’s database, where it is accessible via a password-protected Web site.
    The VeriComm® Monitoring System...
  • Automatically notifies operators of alarms
  • Self-adjusts based on trend data
  • Allows operators to change settings remotely
    Diagnoses...
  • High and low liquid levels
  • Stuck float switches
  • Pump failure
  • Pump lockout from brownout
  • Clogged filter
  • Leaking tank
  • Failed contactor
  • Chattering contactor
  • Excessive pump cycles/runtime (a symptom of excess water use)
